1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and using our software solutions (including but not limited to Chat Flow Systems and CRM), collectively referred to as the "Service," you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. SaaS License & Usage Rights

TechCo System grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service strictly for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You acknowledge that the Service is a hosted solution (SaaS) and you may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
• Access the Service in order to build a competitive product or service;
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written permission.

3. Acceptable Use (Anti-Spam Policy)

Because our Service integrates with third-party messaging platforms (including WhatsApp), strict adherence to compliance policies is required. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or messages without valid user consent (opt-in);
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful computer code;
• Promote illegal goods, firearms, alcohol, tobacco, or adult content in violation of local laws or Meta's Commercial Policies;
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

*Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension to protect our platform's reputation.*

4. Service Availability & Updates

TechCo System is continuously improving its platform. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features (such as POS, Warehouse Management, or Stock Tracking capabilities) at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we strive for maximum uptime.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TechCo System be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may be subject to fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page or in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your access to the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
